Booking
The person who completes the booking form accepts the terms & conditions set out and shall be responsible for all persons in his/her group intending to occupy the villa. The signee must be over 21 years of age. No booking will be accepted from groups of people under the age of 21 years.

Rental Period.
The villa is available for rent 52 weeks. Check in time 16.oo hours local time and check out time is 11.oo hours local time.

A deposit of $350 must accompy a booking and is non refundable. The balance to be paid eight weeks prior to travel On arrival at the villa you will be required to leave your credit card details or have it swiped at our Management Company offices this acts as a security deposit to cover any damages or breakages that may
Occur during your stay/

A booking is valid when your booking form is signed and forwarded to owner. Deposit paid, and Owner confirms booking in writing to Client.

Late Bookings

For bookings made within eight weeks of travel full payment is required at time
of booking.

Cancellation.

If the booking is cancelled or the full amount is not received the following charges are applicable

More that 8 weeks prior to arrival loss of deposit.

4-8 weeks 50% of rental amount.

Less that 4 weeks 100% of rental amount.
